Huntington North High School has an immediate opening for a Head Girls Volleyball Coach. Qualifications

Athlete Development Responsibilities

• Commitment to player development with a structured plan
• Monitor academic progress of players
• Prepare the team through scouting, practice, and analysis
• Maintain records of student eligibility
• Coordinate postseason awards and camps for K-8 students
• Assist with student-athlete transition to post-secondary athletics

Performance Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the girls' volleyball program efficiently
• Build positive relationships with players, parents, and community
• Develop organized practices, workouts, youth leagues, camps, and meetings
• Manage program budget and adhere to policies
• Enforce IHSAA rules and regulations
• Supervise coaching staff and collaborate with school administration
• Maintain equipment inventory
• Uphold athletic codes and district policies
