• Location: East Union Middle (High-Needs School)
• Position Type: Athletics – High School / Middle School Coaches / Coaching

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with students, athletes, staff, and community.
• Commit to the program, maintain high energy, and motivate student‑athletes.
• Collaborate with coaches, staff, and community partners to support track participants.
• Define success not only by team wins but by helping each athlete reach their individual goals.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the sport, including technical aspects, and continue researching new methods to expand knowledge.
