Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or competitive running experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.
• Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive team environment.
• Must meet all district and state coaching requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the girls lacrosse program.
• Plan and conduct practices, training schedules, and meet preparation.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and athlete development.
• Coordinate with assistant coaches, athletic department staff, and families.
• Support the academic success and well-being of student-athletes.
• Organize team communication, transportation, equipment, and offseason development opportunities.
