Job summary

Hastings High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as Head Girls Golf Coach. Candidates should have successful high school and/or collegiate level coaching experience, and/or related successful experiences in educational leadership.

The candidate should exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a commitment to developing and maintaining positive relationships between the program and the local community.

Qualifications

• Successful high school and/or collegiate level coaching experience
• Experience in educational leadership is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to developing positive relationships between the program and the local community

Responsibilities

• Advise, coordinate, and support athletic personnel for the Varsity team and provide guidance and support to the Junior-Varsity team
• Coordinate instruction, training, and development of all athletes and coaches at this level
• Model a transformational, purpose-driven philosophy and a values-based approach to coaching
• Develop people first, then athletes, and create a lasting, positive impact on the school community
