Job summary

St. Paul Academy and Summit School seeks a Head Girls Golf Coach for the varsity team and support for younger levels. The role requires strong golf coaching credentials and the ability to lead, manage a program, and mentor assistant coaches.

The position is seasonal within the Upper School Athletics department, based in Saint Paul, MN, with a salary range of $5,000–$6,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates will have a strong golf coaching background.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills with students, parents and administration.
• Support/contribute to student athlete life beyond athletics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Girls Golf Team culture reflects the Spartan Way; integrity, excellence and passion.
• Create a positive environment that promotes team excellence, following We Before Me.
• Support athletic directors to build a qualified coaching staff and mentor new coaches.
• Implement well-organized and structured practices.
• Coordinate competition schedules with the athletics director.
• Schedule transportation, officials, facilities with the operations coordinator.
• Maintain rosters, schedules, physicals, results and equipment records.
