Qualifications

• Knowledge of specific coaching techniques and sport development.
• Ability to work as part of a coaching staff and lead players.
• Will develop integrity, hard work and responsibility in student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct recruiting to maximize student participation.
• Attend Athletic Director meetings and communicate with families.
• Create structured practice plans for skill development.
• Monitor academic progress and student eligibility.
• Provide feedback to players and maintain professional behavior.
• Coordinate equipment and uniform maintenance and repair.
• Lead and motivate assistants and build relationships with other teams.
• Ensure timely rostering and reporting and manage team photos.
