Qualifications:

1. Required: Demonstrated success in developing athletic programs and coaching experience. Proven ability to emphasize good sportsmanship, academic excellence, and positive character. Ability to teach, enforce, and model appropriate behavior and values. Strong collaboration skills with students, staff, and community. Ability to meet job time requirements.
2. Preferred: Indiana Teaching Certification in any content area. Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills.
