Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Head Coach at Alloy Personal Training - Rosewood with opportunities for advancement. Come and join an exciting fitness brand that is growing across the country. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading small group personal training sessions, instruction, offering nutrition guidance, and encouraging the development of our clients. Other duties include:

• Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy
• Manage each client's ability level and implement all corrective exercises, restrictions
• Maintain contact with clients and assist with scheduling and attendance
• Assist with marketing and sales outreach to promote new clients
