The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Head Dance Coach for Columbia College Athletics in Columbia, MO. You will help develop and operate the Dance Team, recruit and retain student-athletes, plan practices, supervise travel and competitions, and contribute to fundraising efforts to support the program.
You will work under the Head Spirit Coach to foster a positive student-athlete experience while upholding the mission and values of Columbia College and the Athletics Department.

The Head Dance Coach is responsible for assisting in thedevelopment and operation of the Columbia College Dance Team. Thecoach will recruit and retain qualified student-athletes, plan andconduct practices, supervise team travel and competitions, andcontribute to fundraising efforts. The Head Dance Coach will workunder the direction of the Head Spirit Coach to promote a positivestudent-athlete experience while upholding the mission and valuesof Columbia College and the Athletics Department.
