Job summary

Lakota Local Schools' VanGorden Elementary School in Hamilton, Ohio seeks a Head Custodian for a K-9 campus. This 1 FTE position leads daily custodial operations to provide a clean, safe learning environment.

The role coordinates staff, performs hands-on custodial and light maintenance tasks, and supports building operations, safety, and security throughout the school day. Starting pay is $19.75 per hour, based on experience, per Lakota's salary schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior custodial or facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use basic computer systems and district technology applications.
