Qualifications

• Five years of increasingly responsible experience in large scale housekeeping and yard maintenance.
• Three years of related management or supervisory experience.
• Completion of Florida School Plant Management Association (FSPMA) custodial training.
• Reads and writes English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodians and assign tasks to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Perform cleaning, minor maintenance, and yard duties.
• Open, close, and secure facilities; manage safety and alarms.
• Develop schedules and supervise staff performance.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.
