Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of increasingly responsible experience in large-scale housekeeping and yard maintenance.
• Two years of related management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, strips, waxes and burnish floors and cleans restrooms.
• Maintains custodial supply storage and equipment.
• Performs minor non-cleaning maintenance tasks (light bulb changes, toilet seats, painting touch-ups).
• Develops schedules for custodial staff and prepares reports and records.
