Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 18 months custodial experience; 6 months supervisory experience or Mentorship Training Program.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Operating knowledge of floor scrubber/buffer, carpet extractor, snow removal and lawn equipment, and tile floor machine.
• 2-hours asbestos awareness after hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night custodial staff and train custodians.
• Maintain cleanliness of school building and grounds to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Coordinate custodial crew setup for after-school activities.
• Report to Facility Manager on repairs and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
