• Knowledge of health codes and sanitation standards.
• Valid ServSafe or local health department food handler credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food preparation, kitchen staff and meal services for guest groups and retreats.
• Ensure high-quality, hospitable dining experiences.
• Collaborate with front-of-house Dining Room Manager.
