8 hours per day (6:30 am – 2:30 pm) / 10 Month Position

Under the direction of a manager, the Head Cook / Assistant Manager is responsible for preparing, cooking, and baking a variety of foods in accordance with federal and district regulations and policies.

Head Cooks also supervise inventory, ordering, preparation, and clean-up.

Head Cooks are required to have the ability to efficiently operate the kitchen in the absence of a manager.
