Location: Grand Island Senior High

Details: Under the direction of a manager, the Head Cook/Assistant Manager is responsible for preparing, cooking, and baking a variety of foods in accordance with federal and district regulations and policies. Head Cooks also supervise inventory, ordering, preparation, and clean-up. They are required to operate the kitchen efficiently in the absence of a manager. Training wage is $17.41 per hour.

Schedule: 8 hours per day (6:30 am – 2:30 pm), 10-month position.
