Job summary

Ski and Snowboard Club Vail (SSCV) is seeking a Head Coach for the U14 and younger programs. The role focuses on the U14/U12 Prep Team with some oversight of the U10–U6 Future Stars program, reporting to the Nordic Program Director.

The position is a 10-month, full-time seasonal role with a compensation range of $27,500–$30,000, DOE. Responsibilities include daily training, race-day preparation, travel coordination, and a commitment to long-term athlete development and a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Coach daily training and race-day preparation
• Coordinate travel for races and events
• Provide age-appropriate development for U14/U12 athletes and collaborate with Nordic Program Director
