The Department of Athletics at Kutztown University invites applications for the position of Head Women's Volleyball Coach. Kutztown University is an NCAA Division II member institution competing in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the women's volleyball program, including recruitment, academic success, game strategy, supervision of assistant coaches, scheduling, organizing camps and clinics, fundraising, NCAA compliance, and administrative duties. The coach will also support the university's philosophy, goals, and mission, ensuring adherence to departmental, university, conference, and NCAA policies.
