Women’s Lacrosse Head Coach

The Xavier University Athletics Department is seeking a Head Coach for Women’s Lacrosse. The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creation and supervision of the Women’s Lacrosse Program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Women’s Lacrosse program, including administrative operations, team travel, equipment and apparel procurement, and budget management.
• Coordinate practices and coaching during tournaments.
• Create and maintain a positive team culture.
• Recruit prospective student-athletes.
• Collaborate with sports medicine, strength and conditioning, and academic support teams.
• Build relationships with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and the community to promote and support the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• College women’s lacrosse coaching experience.
• Supportive coaching and educational philosophy aligned with Xavier University’s mission.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under Xavier’s policy.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
