• Coordinate with athletic directors, assistant coaches, and support staff to manage schedules, travel, and equipment needs.
• Promote a positive team culture emphasizing respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding player progress, team events, and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all school, league, and regulatory policies related to athletics.

About the Role:

The Head Coach Volleyball position is a leadership role responsible for developing and managing a competitive volleyball program within an educational institution. The primary goal is to cultivate athletes' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. This role involves strategic planning of training sessions, game tactics, and player development to achieve success in competitions. The Head Coach will also serve as a mentor and role model, promoting academic achievement and personal growth among student-athletes. Collaboration with school administration, parents, and other coaching staff is essential to ensure a well-rounded and supportive athletic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.


• Proven experience coaching volleyball at the high school or collegiate level.
