Orangetheory Fitness in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks a Head Fitness Coach to lead a studio team and guide members through heart-rate focused workouts.

You will ensure proper form, understand the science behind our routines, demonstrate equipment use, and collaborate with staff to deliver outstanding member experiences.

AED/CPR certification and an approved fitness certification are required, with ongoing training and the potential to grow into franchise ownership.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Be AED/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections.
• Understanding the science behind heart-rate focused workouts.
• Demonstrating usage for every piece of equipment used in workouts.
