Job summary

Ideal candidate has high school or club coaching experience, strong softball knowledge, and current CPR/First Aid certifications, with TB/Fingerprints clearances.

Qualifications

• Appropriate California Teaching Credential is required.
• Preference to in-house candidates.
• Successful coaching experience; TB Test CPR & First Aid; Familiar with the Code of Ethical Conduct published by the California Interscholastic Federation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily JV practices and manage game-day operations.
• Collaborate with Varsity staff to build a cohesive, program-wide development pipeline.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined team culture focused on growth and academic accountability.
• High school or club coaching experience preferred; strong softball knowledge required.
