Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Proficient in communicating effectively in person, by phone, and digitally.

• Communication: maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with students, parents, administration, and community stakeholders.
• Presence & Engagement: attend all practices, games, and events, including Raider Council meetings as outlined in the Coaches Handbook.
• Compliance & Ethics: ensure full district policy, WIAA rules, and state/federal compliance with high ethical standards.
• Safety & Environment: create a safe, inclusive environment and represent the District appropriately.

• Communication: Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with student-athletes, parents, school administration, and community stakeholders.
• Presence & Engagement: Attend all scheduled practices, games, and departmental events, including "Raider Council" meetings and other requirements outlined in the Coaches Handbook.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure full compliance with all District policies, WIAA rules, and state/federal statutes. Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional boundaries with students and staff at all times.
• Safety & Environment: Create a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Demonstrate appropriate conduct while representing the District on and off-site.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Proficiency in communicating effectively in person, via phone, and through digital/electronic platforms.

• Previous coaching experience

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during practices and contests.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, or pushing of athletic equipment and materials.
• Flexibility to work in various settings, including school athletic facilities, outdoor fields, and off-site venues for away competitions.
