You will manage a team of trainers and run group sessions, ensuring an inspiring environment while promoting our fitness brand. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a personal trainer and possess relevant fitness certifications. This role offers an annual compensation of $40,000 - $45,000 along with perks including a free F45 membership and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a personal fitness trainer.
• Must hold a current fitness certification from an F45-approved education entity.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the F45 Athletics Staff and Athletic Operations.
• Inspire members and promote an energetic environment.
• Conduct in-person consultations and manage staff training.
