Taylor University is seeking a Head Coach for its Competitive Cheer program to lead, manage, and develop the team with a focus on athletic excellence and spiritual growth.
You will oversee recruitment, budgeting, fundraising, and mentoring student-athletes while integrating faith and life together on and off the field. The role requires collaboration with the athletic department, compliance with university policies, and a commitment to student development.

The Head Coach is responsible for leading, managing, and developing Taylor University’s Competitive Cheer team. The Head Coach serves as an active participant in the athletic department and manages all aspects of the program including recruitment, budget management, fundraising initiatives, and spiritual discipleship of team.
