Job summary

Brown University Athletics and Recreation in Providence, RI, seeks a Head Coach for the new Club Gymnastics program. This part-time, 10-month position will instruct gymnasts at practices, develop competition strategies, and coordinate travel and meet logistics.

The role is onsite with 10 scheduled hours weekly, Grade 8, Seasonal/Intermittent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and USA Gymnastics certification is encouraged, along with collegiate coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Gymnastics coaching experience, preferably at college level.
• USA Gymnastics certification preferred.
• Ability to support a community of diverse perspectives and cultures in an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct gymnasts at practice and plan competitions.
• Coordinate travel and competition logistics.
• Assist with program growth and development.
• Comply with NCAA, Ivy League rules and safety protocols.
