Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Head Fitness Coach in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will lead a team of coaches, guide members through scientifically designed workouts, and ensure proper technique and form during sessions.

You will drive participant retention, program utilization, and membership sales while maintaining high energy and a collaborative studio culture that supports growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Hold a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Be AED/CPR certified.
• Demonstrate passion for fitness and helping others.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of coaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections as needed.
• Understand heart-rate based training concepts and competitive landscape.
• Drive Head Coach KPI's: retention, utilization, and membership sales.
• Demonstrate usage of equipment and be a team player.

As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Being heavily involved in driving Head Coach KPI's like Retention, Utilization and membership sales
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• Be AED/CPR certified
