Job summary

UFORCE FITNESS in Mission Viejo is looking for a Head Coach to lead group fitness classes and support member development. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities include creating a motivating environment and assisting with onboarding new members. The position offers part-time or full-time options with early morning and evening shifts. We provide a supportive team atmosphere and competitive compensation based on experience.

Head Coach Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes with energy, professionalism, and strong communication
• Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members of all fitness levels
• Provide coaching, movement corrections, and member support during classes
• Help maintain high standards for class structure, organization, and safety
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to community retention
• Assist with onboarding new members and supporting member progress
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to maintain a positive team culture
• Support gym events, challenges, and community initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or group fitness experience preferred
