Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Head Coach in Fargo to lead and mentor a team of coaches while guiding members through science-based workouts and heart-rate focused training. You will ensure proper form, demonstrate equipment usage, and stay current with certifications to uphold the studio’s high standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and a path toward ownership opportunities, with a passion for helping members achieve More Life!

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• AED/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t.
• Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart-rate training programs, and awareness of the competition.
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment used in every workout.

As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• Be AED/CPR certified
