Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Franchise #0201 seeks a Head Fitness Coach to lead a team of coaches and guide members through scientifically driven, heart-rate based workouts.

You will ensure proper form, offer corrections, and foster a positive, results-focused studio culture while supporting the business through coaching excellence.

Applicants must hold a current fitness certification and AED/CPR; the role includes paid training, competitive pay, and member discounts.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• AED/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensure correct form and provide real-time corrections.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training and communicate it to members.
• Demonstrate equipment usage for every workout and be a strong team player.
• Support the studio's growth and potentially become a Franchisee or Business Owner in the future.

As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts


• Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t


• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing


• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout


• Being a team player

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness


• Be AED/CPR certified
