• Experience with grill, steaks, seafood, pizza, sandwiches, and high-volume kitchens.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Organized and able to keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to handle the pressure of a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.
• Prepare and cook food during busy service.
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Monitor food inventory, prep levels, and waste.
• Help control food costs and portion sizes.
• Work closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency and the guest experience.
