This role will be in their flagship location in North Wales, it currently does around 500 covers all day and will need a STRONG Head Chef to run the kitchen.

You will be hands on and love working with people, you will be a strong a people person and have great communication skills, it is imperative that you have a background that encompasses BUSY, A LA CARTE kitchens

• A dynamic, passionate, professional Head Chef
• An individual with meticulous attention to detail and high standards
• A Head Chef with 5 plus years experience in a high paced casual dining kitchen
• A Head Chef with A la Carte restaurant experience
• A team player who can also excel independently
• Hands on and used to working in teams of 8-15 chefs
