Shepherd Neame is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to join our team. If you have previous experience at a senior chef level and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge in the kitchen, this may be just the job for you.

Located next to the River Stour in the heart of the medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has welcomed guests since Tudor times. Recently refurbished, this historic riverside retreat offers a luxurious experience with modern comforts. Sandwich is also known for its golf courses, including Royal St George’s and Prince’s golf clubs.

We know that an excellent Head Chef is key to a successful kitchen. In this role, you will work alongside the General Manager to achieve key objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote growth. You will support creating an inclusive culture, lead and develop your team, and deliver high-quality kitchen service to our customers.
