• Provide leadership and support for the athletic program and teams.
• Establish and implement an improvement process for the athletic program.
• Maintain public and employee relations for the sports program.
• Maintain professional work habits and upgrade coaching skills.
• Evaluate personnel and oversee assistant coaches.
• Ensure practice times, equipment, and facilities are properly managed.
