Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, answering phones professionally, and supporting management with tasks such as stocking, visual displays, and special orders.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender's culture and uphold company values
• Perform cashiering tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a neat and organized work area
• Understand and follow CBC policies and procedures
• Handle various cashiering transactions (cash, check, credit, voids, exchanges)
• Record sales and cash accurately
• Assist with stocking and store organization
• Promote store specials and suggest add-on purchases
• Arrive promptly, groomed appropriately, and attired professionally
• Remain security conscious
• Respond knowledgeably to phone inquiries about sales, promotions, and inventory
• Stay updated on sales and promotions
• Practice inventory control and check for boot mis-mates
• Follow company policies on sales and validate sales tickets
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet company goals
