Job summary

The Head Cashier will train new cashiers, coach staff, resolve customer issues, and coordinate price checks and markdowns across registers and Self-Checkout. Prior cashier experience of 1+ years is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and/or Return transactions.
• Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
• Provide first level escalation for customer issues.
• Assist in the supervision, coaching and training of Front End Associates.
