Ball-Chatham School District is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Head Boys Swim Coach for the 2025-2026 season. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the swimming program, including student-athletes and coaching staff
• Develop and implement training plans and game strategies
• Foster sportsmanship and teamwork
• Organize daily practices, off-season programs, and team events
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and program inventory
• Collaborate with trainers, administrators, and other coaches
• Keep team website and social media updated
• Other duties as assigned
