Job summary

Adams 12 Five Star Schools in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a Replacement athletic coach to support school programs and student athletes. This part-time role (2.5 hours per week) uses the Certified Master Agreement and compensation is based on sport and experience.

Candidates must hold current AED/CPR certification, CHSAA coaching registration or CHSAA registration, and CHSAA concussion certification, with prior coaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certifications in First Aid/CPR required or willing to obtain.
• Experience coaching at high school or college level preferred.
• Ability to supervise students and enforce CHSSA rules.
• Knowledge of the specific sport and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during practices and games.
• Plan, organize and direct practices for the sport.
• Enforce district, school, league and CHSAA rules.
