Qualifications

• 2+ years as head bartender or bar manager in upscale dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Strong understanding of beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse bar team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and development of the bar program.
• Develop a thoughtful, seasonally relevant cocktail program aligned with the club’s philosophy.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Collaborate with culinary and management on pairings, events, and menu changes.
• Ensure cocktails are prepared and presented according to recipes and standards.
• Stay current on beverage trends while keeping the program approachable.
