Job description

Company Description

We’re looking for an experienced Head Bartender to shake things up with us.

Lotti's is our buzzing neighborhood restaurant. The menu features an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. During the day, Lotti's is a place to meet, relax, or work, and from Friday to Sunday, the bar hosts local DJ talent.

More about us…

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment (our meetings & events concept), and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighborhood that we love. Since opening our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve aimed to offer more than just a bed for the night—creating vibrant, welcoming public spaces where guests can hang out alongside locals and immerse themselves in the neighborhood.

What’s in it for you…

  • Become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional hospitality experiences.
  • Competitive salary.
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and pension.
  • Food on us during your shift.
  • A free night at The Hoxton and a meal for two when you start.
  • Ongoing training and development to help you succeed and thrive.
  • Time off to volunteer with our partner charities.
  • Recognition rewards like Hox Hero and Nifty Fifty for going the extra mile.
  • Participation in diversity and inclusion events to learn, celebrate, and make a positive impact.
  • Regular team gatherings and parties—because we know how to have fun!
  • An environment that encourages creativity and rewards innovation.
  • Access to OpenUp, a platform for professional support and mental health resources.
  • The opportunity to join an international group that’s redefining hospitality.
  • Discounts across The Hoxton and the Ennismore family worldwide.
