Job summary

RP Prime Steakhouse Fair Lawn is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team during high-end service. You will create cocktails, develop drink recipes, and ensure impeccable sanitation and inventory controls.

Responsibilities include training bar staff, handling a full-service bar for multi-course dinners, and applying basic wine knowledge to service. This on-site role starts immediately and offers a tipped compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Experience working on a full-service bar.
• Experience handling cocktails and wine knowledge.
• Experience training other staff is a plus.
