Eatzi's is seeking an expert bread production leader to direct high-volume bakery operations in a fast-paced setting. You will hire, coach, and evaluate the bakery team while maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards to ensure top quality bread products.

You will also manage recipe integrity and production controls, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and meet timelines with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume upscale bakery experience.
• Experience in high-volume bread production and merchandising.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting experience for multiple units.

Responsibilities
