Responsibilities

• Treat salivary tumors and head and neck cancer patients.
• Work with NP and PA support staff for daily rounding.
• Manage patient care with a focus on state-of-the-art outcomes.

Job description

Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, PC is seeking a head and neck oncologic ablative surgeon, with or without microvascular reconstructive training. This is a full-time, salaried position with a three-year ownership track.

• Working with an experienced, fellowship-trained head and neck oncologic surgeon
• A dedicated support team, including on-site speech-language pathologists
• Great work/life balance: 12:1 call ratio, no trauma calls, NP and PA support staff for daily rounding
• A large referral base – Ear Nose and Throat Associates is the only ENT practice in Northern Indiana, Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan that manages a high volume of head and neck cancer patients, with the closest academic center located around two hours away

ENT is an independent physician’s office that has been around for 60 years. Our main offices are located in Fort Wayne, but we have outlying clinics in the surrounding counties. Our 100% ENT physician-owned ASC is also located in Fort Wayne. Additionally, ENT Associates offers many ancillary services, including full balance testing, retail hearing aid sales, CT scans and FNAs, speech and swallow testing, aesthetics and allergy testing and treatments.
