Job summary

Sanofi Framingham seeks a Head of Analytical Science & Technology to lead a ~30-person team delivering oversight for manufacturing and QC analytics in the biologics network. You will guide method validation, lifecycle management, and harmonization across sites, while supporting regulatory filings and inspections.

You will own lab workflows, promote digital solutions, and partner across a global network to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and compliance in analytical operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Master's or PhD in Biological/Biomedical Sciences, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry and 8+ years leading teams.
• Fluent English and deep expertise in biologics analytics, analytics tech transfer and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for analytical Tech Transfer, method validation and Analytical Lifecycle Management.
• Characterize products and develop control strategies with fit-for-purpose test methods.
