Job summary

Udelhoven Oilfield System Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HDPE Pipe Fuser/Welder to support projects across Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on fusion experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.

This role offers hourly pay of $24–$29 with per diem and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Work will involve field welding, equipment setup, inspections, and collaboration with field crews.

Qualifications

• Previous HDPE welding/fusion experience required.
• Active TWIC required.
• Ability to work in outdoor field conditions.
• Willingness to travel to various Texas project locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform HDPE pipe fusion and welding per project specifications and manufacturer procedures.
• Set up, operate, and maintain fusion equipment.
• Inspect joints and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance.
• Follow all company, client, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Complete required documentation and daily work reports.
• Work effectively as part of a field crew and communicate with supervision.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Title: HDPE Pipe Fuser / Welder

Location: Port Lavaca, TX / Willing to Travel

Reports to: Project Superintendent

Salary Range: $24- $29Hourly DOE – Plus Per Diem

What You Will Do:

• Perform HDPE pipe fusion and welding in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer procedures
• Set up, operate, and maintain fusion equipment
• Inspect joints and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance
• Follow all company, client, and site-specific safety requirements
• Complete required documentation and daily work reports
• Work effectively as part of a field crew and communicate with supervision
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Will Need (minimum qualifications):

Compensation:
