Job summary

Udelhoven Oilfield System Services, Inc. in Port Lavaca, TX is seeking an experienced HDPE Pipe Fuser/Welder to support projects across Texas. The role requires hands-on fusion experience, a strong safety mindset, and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities include HDPE pipe fusion/welding, equipment setup and maintenance, joint inspection, safety compliance, and daily reporting. Per diem is provided, with opportunities across multiple Texas projects.

Qualifications

• Previous HDPE welding / fusion experience required.
• Active TWIC required.
• Ability to work in outdoor field conditions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various Texas project locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform HDPE pipe fusion and welding in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer procedures.
• Set up, operate, and maintain fusion equipment.
• Inspect joints and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance.
• Follow all company, client, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Complete required documentation and daily work reports.
• Work effectively as part of a field crew and communicate with supervision.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $24- $29Hourly DOE – Plus Per Diem

What You Will Do:
