Pretium Packaging - USA is seeking a hands-on operator to run blow molding lines and support equipment in a 12-hour shift environment. You will start-ups, set-ups, and monitor output to meet quality targets on a busy plastics line.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, with team-focused safety and quality practices emphasized on the floor.

• Complete start-ups, set-ups, and basic troubleshooting during changeovers.
• Review machine performance with the prior shift; keep equipment running efficiently.
• Perform routine adjustments and preventive maintenance; promptly report mechanical concerns.
• Quality: conduct inspections, document adjustments, and identify defects with root-cause analysis.
• Track raw material levels; keep work areas clean and organized; follow safety policies and PPE.
