Core & Main is seeking a field technician to install and repair HDPE piping systems. You will fuse piping, operate field equipment, and communicate with customers to assess needs. Travel may be required and a valid MVR will be checked.

The role involves lifting heavy materials, working with high-pressure fusion equipment, and ensuring product quality meets standards. Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and 2–5 years of related experience.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required with 2–5 years in related role.
• Experience with HDPE piping systems and fusion processes preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and operate company or personal vehicle.

Mansioni

• Determine methods and equipment to install pipe.
• Install and repair HDPE piping systems.
• Perform fusion and structure welding as required.
• Inspect fusion equipment and ensure quality control standards.
• Transport equipment to job sites and operate field gear including forklift.
• Provide on-call repair support as needed.
