Core & Main is seeking a skilled HDPE fusion technician to install and repair piping systems. The role requires electro fusion and structural welding, operating field equipment and a forklift, and collaborating with customers to determine install needs.

Applicants typically have 5–7 years of related experience and a technical certification or associate degree; a valid MVR may be required and travel is possible less than 10% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Operates equipment that fuses piping.
• Determines appropriate methods and equipment to install pipe.
• Provides and installs custom HDPE piping systems and repair systems.
• Electro fuses and structure welds; inspects fusion equipment.
• Transports equipment to job site and operates field equipment and forklift.
• Communicates with customers to assess needs and identify installation requirements.
• Responsible for 24 hour on-call repair emergencies.
