Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to install fiber, copper, coax, and power cables using trenchless HDD methods. The role requires experience with HDD around utilities in rural and urban areas and the ability to train and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities include operating bore equipment, maintaining bore profiles, reading prints, and ensuring safety compliance on site; travel may be required and field readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reading prints and schematics.
• Ability to train and mentor other team members.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable or utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on job preparations.
• Operate machinery to align/move according to grade specs.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data to the customer.
• Adhere to company and manufacturer safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Read utility locates and coordinate day lighting.
